One-on-One, Couples Training

and Semi-Private Training

Personal training is the premium fitness training service offered at Mountain View Strength. Individuals, couples, and small groups all benefit from a program based off of their previous training and injury history. Sessions include bodyweight and free weight training, corrective exercises, mobility work, self-myofascial release, foam rolling, and postural restoration techniques. Whether your goal is fat-loss, athletic development, increased strength, injury prevention, or a combination thereof, personal training is the answer.

You'll receive a functional movement screen, ongoing fitness assessments, and a comprehensive and progressive program that's right for you. There's no waiting for machines, and no dealing with the "gym-timidation" of working out in a crowded weight room. Although all ages and abilities are welcome, it's important that couples and groups be of similar capabilities, as they'll share the same program.

 

[Please note; there are NO groups to join. Group training requires a pre-organized group agreeing to train at the same times. This would be ideal for friends or coworkers with similar schedules.]

 

 

  • Sessions are 45 minutes long.

  • $65 per session for individuals. 

  • $74 per session for couples.

  • Call for group pricing.

  • There is a 2 session per week / 2 month minimum commitment.
